Cousins are the best

My cousin came to visit this past few days and we had a really good time. We took a trip down memory lane to our times of mischief in Mexico and made some great new memories. We took some pictures to document our adventures, but mostly we spent time enjoying the moment rather than documenting. It is insane how we can sometimes, unfortunately, go years without seeing in each other, but when we do it is as if we saw each other the day before. Cousins are seriously the best!
Here is to hoping all the cousins are together in the same place again soon. This hasn't happened since 2007 and since then we have added quite a few to the ranks including the oldest one of us having her very own baby.

Below some pictures of our adventures...

First stop, La Brea Tar Pits. Incredibly enough, I go to LACMA at least once a month and yet I did not know the Tar Pits were right next to it. To say that I was mind blown by that fact doesn't even begin to cover it.

We also took him to the Griffith Observatory so he could experience a very smoggy view of downtown Los Angeles.

We made a stop by Wurstkuche because we apparently can't get enough of those fries with spicy ketchup and pesto mayo. We were also denied beer because we apparently looked to young and since one ID was foreign, they figured they all must be fake. Good times.

Of course, we had to take him to Sprinkles.

Korea BBQ and a beer split three ways just because we wanted beer, damn it! haha

We also made s'mores at home.

Our final outing was last night, we went to dinner and stop by Bambu because I am obsessed with that place nowadays. So, of course, I had to have my cousin try it.
